Whether it’s playing basketball, volleyball, swimming, dancing, walking, shopping, playing computer games, or simply playing with your dog, there’s something you can surely do that will help you lose weight. It’s not very often that you hear a weight loss tip that says do what you love to do. Of course, let’s not include the eating part here. You can do that too, but we’re talking about an extra activity you can do to make your body active and burn those calories and fat you’ve been taking in each meal.
See, whatever it is you love to do, you are surely using a part of your body. You say playing computer games doesn’t help? What about choosing a computer game that involves body movement? Take for example the Nintendo Wii console. You get to use your hands, arms, body and feet with most of their games. Do this at least one hour each day and you’ll see significant results. Of course you have to give it your all. You have to be hyped up and energetic when doing it.
Do you love your dog? Then why not take your dog out to the park or the beach. Walk and jog with your dog and play catch with him or her. Do this at least three times a week and you’ll surely see a difference.
If you love to dance, then why not choose five songs each day that you can dance to? It’s going to be a great workout and at the same time you are having fun. You can also invite your girlfriends over and try out various types of dances like belly dancing and many others. You can also enroll in dance classes with your friends so you don’t have any excuse not to.
